| Pittsfield has a football coop with Griggsville. The Pittsfield football program holds the Illinois record for consecutive wins at 64. The streak started with the opening game of the 1966 season and ended with the second game of the 1973 season. Pittsfield is on US 54 5 miles south of I 72.
